About our service
Mara Mortgages provides mortgage advisory services in the United Arab Emirates as a RERA-licensed advisory, working through our authorised brokerage network.
We are mortgage advisors, not banks. We help you find suitable mortgage products, prepare applications, and manage the process — but the mortgage itself is provided by the bank or financial institution you choose to proceed with.
Our advice
Our service includes comparing mortgage products from multiple banks and providing recommendations based on your circumstances. While we strive to find the best options for you, our recommendations are based on the information you provide and the products available to us at the time.
You are under no obligation to accept any recommendation we make. The final decision to proceed with a mortgage application is always yours.
Your responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your financial circumstances
- Notify us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
- Provide authentic documents when requested
- Not use our website for any unlawful purpose
Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your mortgage application by the bank and may constitute an offence under UAE law.

Interest rates, product features, eligibility criteria, and any figures shown by our affordability calculator are indicative only, may change, and are not an offer of finance.
You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce the content of this website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
Fees
Most of our services are provided at no cost to the client — we are typically paid a commission by the bank you proceed with. Where fees apply, in a small number of specialist cases, they will be clearly outlined and agreed in advance, and you will never be charged without your explicit agreement.
Limitation of liability
While we take every care over our recommendations, we cannot guarantee:
- That a bank will approve your mortgage application
- That interest rates or product terms will remain available throughout the application process
- That the valuation of a property will meet the bank's requirements
- Any particular outcome from the mortgage application process
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for our services.
