  • To provide our services: processing your mortgage enquiry, assessing eligibility, comparing products, and managing your application.
  • To communicate with you: responding to your enquiry, providing updates on your application, and sending you the verification code needed to submit your fact-find.

  • Our authorised brokerage network: where required to arrange and progress your application.
  • Service providers: we use trusted third parties to run our website and communicate with you — website hosting, security, and content delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), our business email (Microsoft 365), and error monitoring (Sentry). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations:

  • Enquiry data: retained for up to 2 years after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Mortgage application records: retained for the period required by applicable UAE law and our regulatory obligations.
  • Marketing preferences: retained until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
